C O N S U L T I N G

We work closely with business areas to design effective solutions for driving long term sustainable change to the working environment. We aim to develop a workplace which improves the retention and development of female talent, and accelerate their path to leadership.

Our approach is simple: 

  • We work with management to understand specific business area needs and challenges they face in retaining talent and accelerating progression.
  • We speak to team members confidentially and independently to understand what their concerns are and the issues they face.
  • We review and analyse statistics from gender ratios across all levels to performance ratings and retention rates.
  • We provide tailored strategies and solutions for our clients, from leadership inclusion workshops and coaching, long term assigned mentorship and creating internal teams responsible to owning gender balance within their specific business areas. We believe there is no one glove fits all for success, even within different business areas of the same firm.
  • We assist on the implementation of these strategies and put solutions into practice.
  • We follow up to ensure change has been made.

M E N T O R I N G

We have established a mentoring programme for women who are seeking support to accelerate their careers. We have a large network of men and women city professionals across a number of fields who are supporting the scheme.
