MEA successfully launch flagship corporate training programmes

At MEA we believe in thought provoking, honest and innovative workshops are the way forward to address specific company cultures and challenges. We work with our clients on addressing the needs and outcomes for their the target audiences and numbers of attendees.

Three flagship programmes, Mission Include, Men As Agents of Change and Mission Advance, have been highly engaging and created a needed shift in narrative:

  • Mission Include – an inclusion programme aimed to empower people managers to drive their own d&i agenda. Target audience – people managers.

 

  • Men As Agents of Change – empowering men to facilitate change in the workplace. Target audience – male employees across all levels.

 

  • Mission Advance – partnership programme on how to develop a diverse talent pool. Strategic workshop aimed to discuss and analyse current company initiatives and offer additional innovative solutions for gender diversity. Audience – senior business leaders and HR.
